Each interior design package is built around a clear and collaborative process that guides you from the very first conversation through a fully developed and documented design. Design Chat Services (Complimentary)
We begin with an initial consultation over the phone or video to understand your project goals, design preferences and budget. During this complimentary meeting, we explore ideas, review your timeline and determine whether we are a strong fit for your project.

Design Fee Proposal Services (Complimentary)
After our initial conversation, I prepare a comprehensive proposal outlining the project scope, timeline and payment structure. Once you approve the proposal and submit a deposit, your project is scheduled and the design process begins.

Design Analysis Services
After the proposal is approved, I visit your home to assess existing conditions, take measurements and photographs, and discuss your style preferences and inspiration. I review relevant drawings, plans or HOA and COA requirements and collaborate with your architect or contractor to ensure the project begins with a clear and coordinated foundation.

Preliminary Design Concept Services
I develop an initial design concept that includes early 2D and 3D layouts, perspective renderings and inspiration and product selection boards. We review this together in person or through video conference and refine it until it reflects your vision and functional needs.

Design Development Services
Once the general concept is approved, I refine the details within your drawings and product selections. This includes finishes, appliances, plumbing, lighting, furnishings and any other project related items. I source from trusted vendors and guide you through local showrooms as needed to ensure every choice is intentional and cohesive.

Formal Design Package Services
Your formal design package includes finalized design boards, annotated and dimensioned drawings, 3D perspective renderings and a preliminary product selection budget list. This package provides a clear and comprehensive roadmap for the next phase of your project. Presentation can be done in person or via video conference, and the full design package is delivered digitally to you.

What’s Included in the Execution and Installation Phases

The execution phase brings your approved design to life through coordinated ordering, construction support and installation oversight. These services ensure your project moves forward smoothly, with clear communication and careful attention to every detail.

Product Procurement Services
Once the design package is finalized and approved, I coordinate with vendors, fabricators, contractors and installers to confirm all product selections. This includes obtaining quotes, ordering samples, tracking orders, arranging deliveries and addressing any issues with manufacturers or representatives to keep the project on schedule.

Construction Implementation Services
During construction, I update the design package for changes and as-built documentation and coordinate with vendors, fabricators and contractors to support accurate product installation. I provide ongoing design guidance and on-site reviews during key installation moments such as lighting, tile work or cabinetry. While I do not supervise contractors directly, I advocate for the design intent and support quality throughout the process.

Staging Implementation Services
Staging implementation includes overseeing furniture deliveries and third-party white glove services for placement, decor installation and on-site styling. I coordinate these services to ensure they align with the approved design and create a cohesive and well finished space.

Project Closeout Review (Complimentary)
As your project reaches completion, I conduct a detailed review to ensure all elements align with the final design package. This includes inspecting installations, confirming specifications and resolving any outstanding items. With your permission, I capture professional photos of your completed space and request your feedback to help document the experience.

ADA Senior Downsizing and Transition Support (Add On)
For clients transitioning into a smaller home or senior living environment, this optional service provides assistance with reviewing existing furnishings and decor to determine what will fit and function best in the new space. I offer guidance on what to keep, donate, sell or store and create scaled layouts for the new home to support confident decision making. I also assist with selecting any new furnishings or decor needed to complete the space and recommend appropriate safety items such as grab bars, improved lighting and ADA informed design adjustments to support comfort and ease of use. During the move, I help organize items, coordinate deliveries and oversee white glove setup so your new home is arranged with care, functionality and familiarity from day one.
